This is re-branding done for Midtown Garden + Market in Wilkesboro, NC, for their grand re-opening. It was done in collaboration with Blair Finley.
With Midtown Market + Garden's main competitor being a newer, more corporate garden center, we really wanted to bring a sense of "your local hometown market" to Midtown's identity. We incorporated hand-drawn elements such as the flower illustration above the text in the logo and small illustrations done in a similar style that are featured on Midtown's website. Our logo can stand alone, be enclosed in a hand-drawn box, or include its flower illustration; it can be used in different ways depending on what the application calls for and still be identified as Midtown Market + Garden.
Deliverables for this project included signage, merchandise, business cards and a new website.
