Charlotte Women's Movement, previously Charlotte Women's March, was in the process of rebranding and hosted a design contest for their new logo. After growing from an initial 200 women to over 2,300 members, CWM decided that they wanted a new name and fresh new look to better reflect their organization.
For inspiration, I looked to the city of Charlotte and the issues that CWM focuses on, but ultimately came back to what CWM was rebranding for - they were turning a gathering into a movement.
